Information About Congress Presentations
Instructıon for Abstract
Submissions
- Abstracts
should be typed on A4 size papers.Top margin of the paper must
be 5 cm, left and right margins must be 4 cm, or the orıgınal
form should be used.
- Text
should be single spaced, font size must be 11”,using Times
Roman format in Microsoft Office 97
or Office 2000 program.
- Title
of the abstract should be written in capital letters, bold and
centered.
- Please
write the name(s)of author(s) in bold letters and centered.
Instutıonal address(es) should not be written on the abstract
form.
- The
name of the institution should be centered.
- Please
do not use abbreviations in the title of the abstract.
- Each
abstract should consist of : Objectives, Methods, Conclusion and
Discussion, and should not exceed 200 words.
- 3
hard copies of the abstract and a 3,5” floppy disk should be send neyal@superonline.com
mail, e-mail or through http://www.bistur.com/EEG-EMG-Kongre
web page to Scientific Secreteriat.
- The
presenting author should be registered as participant.Otherwise,
the abstract will not be accepted.
- Oral
Presentations should not be longer than 10 minutes.
- Deadline
for abstract submission is April 1 , 2003.
Instruction
for Poster Presentations
1.
Posters should be
hanged on the allocated place.Poster Presentations and discussions
will be held on the hours indicated in the scientific program.
2.
Posters should be
approximately 70 cm. in width and 100 cm. in height.
3.
Posters must
be readable from a distance of about 1 m.
4.
The name(s) and the
institutional address(es) of the authors should be indicated.
5.
Author(s) should be
ready on the hours indicated in the scientific program.
